“This was as good as it gets. The 12" fiama pizza was beautifully prepared, thin and crispy with loads of flavour and the occasional explosion of heat from fiery Roquito peppers. I would have liked more of the Calabrian ndujasalami, but that's probably me being greedy. The accompaniment of the Lupa Garden Salad including focaccia was a good addition, particularly thanks to a well-balanced dressing, and the profiteroles were a welcome indulgence for a cold wet night. It looks like the merger of Pizza Cucina and Pizza Lupa will continue to bring the best of both kitchens to our doors (I'm told Lupa and PizzaCucina will now be known as Pizza Lupa).”
